Your content is yours. We don't use it to train AI models, we don't sell it, and we promise to keep it secure. Here's our commitment to privacy and content ownership.
You own your content. Always.
When you share your content on SendFlick, you always remain the owner of that content, including its copyright and intellectual property. We do not obtain any ownership rights. We only require a limited license to perform actions you explicitly request, such as transferring your files to your intended recipients.
Your content isn't used to train AI.
We don't use your content to train AI models, we never have, and we have no intention of changing that. This is a core commitment to our community. If our position ever changes, we will notify you clearly and with enough notice for you to make an informed decision.
Your content isn't sold to anyone.
We don't sell, collect royalties from, or otherwise license your content to turn a profit. SendFlick is in the business of making file-sharing simple — not selling user data.
Your content is secure.
Your files are encrypted when shared (in transit) and while they are stored on our secure servers (at rest). We offer optional password protection to keep your files out of the wrong hands. Once your transfer expires, your content is permanently deleted from our servers — it doesn't linger longer than necessary.
