Terms of Service

By accessing or using SendFlick ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

SendFlick provides a file transfer platform allowing users to upload, share, and download files via unique links. The Service is available in a free tier and paid subscription plans (Pro, Business).

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By using SendFlick, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You agree not to use SendFlick to upload, share, or transmit:

• Content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory.
• Content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• Malware, viruses, or any malicious code.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — zero tolerance.
• Content that violates any applicable law or regulation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts and remove content that violates these terms without prior notice.

You retain full ownership of all files and content you upload to SendFlick. By uploading, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license solely to provide the Service (i.e., store and deliver your files to your intended recipients). We do not claim any ownership rights over your content.

• Maximum transfer size: 2 GB per transfer.
• Files expire after 7 days and are permanently deleted.
• No account required for basic transfers.

Paid plans (Pro at $9/month, Business at $29/month) are billed monthly via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion for unused periods. Payment data is handled by Stripe and subject to their terms.

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for any loss of data or files resulting from technical failures, expiry, or account termination.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SendFlick shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@sendflick.com.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
